For online purchases, returns can only be made via Postal mail. Kindly reach us via electronic mail and we will send the mailing address and return form for you to complete. Okikisola will refund any item provided that it has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered, used, or worn and that all labels and tags are attached. All Merchandise under Sale is the final purchase and cannot be returned.

Please keep in mind that online purchases must be returned via mail and the items you wish to return need to be sent to us 30 days from the date you received your parcel.
