Our terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as ”you”) with Okikisola, (hereinafter referred to as “us” or “we”), through the Okikisola website, mobile website or mobile application or via any other platform owned or operated by us. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Please also read our Privacy Policy regarding personal information provided by you.

We may change these terms and conditions from time to time so remember to check before you shop as the latest terms and conditions will apply.  Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes to the terms that apply to that order.

About You

To shop with us or place an order,

a.      You need to be at least the age of majority, 18 or 19 years old depending on the country/province/territory, and are not under guardianship, nor acting in a capacity of a company.

b.     You represent and warrant that:

·       whatever means of payment, you choose to adopt is in your name or you have permission to use it.

·       you consent to receive communications from us electronically through e-mails, texts, or notices and messages on this website or through other messaging platforms, and you can retain copies of these communications for your records.

Our Products

The inclusion of products or services on Okikisola.com at any given time does not imply or guarantee that these products or services will be available. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time without providing you with prior notice. The version of the Terms that will apply to your order will be those on Okikisola.com at the time you place your order.

Intellectual Property

We own or have permission to use the intellectual property rights, whether registered or unregistered, on the website, information content and all the website designs, including, but not limited to text, graphics, software, photos, video, music, sound, and their selection and arrangement, and all software compilations, underlying source code and software. These rights are protected all around the world. You are allowed to store, print and display our Website content only for your own personal use. You are not allowed to use any part of the Website for commercial purposes unless you have our express permission.

You’re also not allowed to use the Okikisola logo or any Okikisola brand or trademark without our express permission. 

Online Experience

We want to provide the best possible online experience. To achieve this goal, we need to be sure that our services run like clockwork. You understand and agree not to

(i)             post, transmit, redistribute, upload, or promote any communications or content that could harm or negatively impact our business, products or services;

(ii)            act in a manner or employ any device that restricts, impairs, interferes or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the Site, or which impacts the security of the Site, or

(iii)           employ any device or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent or other device or mechanism (including without limitation spiders, bots, crawlers, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search the Site, or to copy content from the Site. We reserve the right to immediately bar access to the site and close the account of any user who violates this provision or any other provision in these terms and conditions.  

Promo Codes

We may give you Promo Codes that you can use to reduce the price of specified products. It is up to you to utilize the code within the stipulated timeframe and also at checkout. Each Promo Code has its own terms, which will be made clear at the time it’s issued to you.

Prices

The listed price of a product is the suggested retail price of a product as provided by a manufacturer, supplier, or seller. The prices displayed on Okikisola.com does not include Harmonized Sales Tax (HST), local retail sales tax or the delivery charge. The HST or local retail sales tax will depend on the place of delivery and will be calculated in the checkout prior to completing the purchase. 

Although we try to be as precise as possible, we do not warrant that the product descriptions or other content of the website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Thus, where a product thus does not match its description, it is solely your responsibility to return it in the unused form.

 

Delivery

Before you complete your order, you’ll be given the delivery fee depending on the delivery address. Our products are accessible worldwide, however, you will agree to assume responsibility for the export shipment to an international address. Note that purchases made under a shipment contract run the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

We endeavour to dispatch orders quickly as possible and in the order in which they are placed. We aim to deliver within 5-8 working days following confirmation of an order, unless otherwise agreed. Please allow up to 5 -10 additional days for rural/remote areas.

We aim to deliver within the communicated timeframe, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events. In the unlikely event the delivery time exceeds 30 days, you may cancel your order.There may be delays based on circumstances beyond our control, however we promise to keep you updated as much as we can, and you should be able to track your parcel’s progress.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your expected delivery details if you have supplied us with your email address.

 

Placing an Order

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity. If we have already received payment for your order, we will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment. Another payment method may be used for the refund, provided that you consent to such a change; in any case this will not generate any additional charges.

 

Withdrawal of Order
You may cancel or return your order from the date you place the order until 30 days after receipt of the ordered items. Please note that you will bear the cost of the delivery as well as a $3 cost to return the items to Okikisola.

If you wish to cancel or return your order, please contact Customer Service via the link contained on the website. We will provide a refund attempting to use the same method used to make the payment provided we have received the items or evidence of you having sent back the faulty items. Another payment method may be used for the refund, provided that you consent to such a change; in any case this will not generate any additional charges.

 

Returns, Refunds and Title

We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item. All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging where possible, including tags (e.g., shoes should be returned with the original shoe box). You'll be responsible for the cost of returning any items. We do not take title to returned items until we have taken delivery of such items.

 

Limitation of liability

We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of okikisola.com, or the information, content, materials, products (including software) or other services included on or otherwise made available to you through the website unless otherwise specified in writing. You expressly agree that your use of the website is at your sole risk.

To the full extent permissible by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Okikisola does not warrant that the information, content, materials, products (including software) or other services included on or otherwise made available to you through the website or electronic communications sent from amazon are free of viruses or other harmful components. To the full extent permissible by law, we will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of okikisola.com, or from any information, content, materials, products (including software) or other services included on or otherwise made available to you through any of our services, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, unless otherwise specified in writing.

 

Severance

If any part of these Terms is disallowed or found to be ineffective by any court or regulator, the other Terms shall continue to apply.  

 

Assignment

Okikisola reserves the right to assign or pledge to third parties any claim(s) for payment which have arisen in connection with the delivery of goods.     

 

Disputes and Governing Law 

We have the right to amend, remove or vary our services and/or any part of the Website (including our Ts&Cs) at any time. Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of okikisola.com, or to any products or services sold or distributed by us or through us will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court.

These terms and our dealings with you are governed by Canada Laws.
